We offer recreational classes for all levels and ages. With our high quality coaching your chid will improve every class even attending for just 1hr. or 50min for children under 5y.o. Apparatus: Balance Beam, Uneven Bars, Parallel Bars, Sprung Floor, Vault, Harness, Pommel Horse, Mushrooms.

Advanced Classes & Squad Groups

We have Advanced classes from 1.5hr a day from 6y and Squad groups -under invitation only- from 6y.o. Gymnasts attended this classes will have a higher skill level training and conditioning than the recreational classes. This training allows each gymnast to improve faster, focussing on executing the correct gymnastics technique. Apparatus: Balance Beam, Uneven Bars, Parallel Bars, Sprung Floor, Vault, Harness, Pommel Horse, Mushrooms.

Recreational Classes

Advanced Classes & Squad Groups

We have Advanced classes from 1.5hr a day from 6y and Squad groups -under invitation only- from 6y.o. Gymnasts attended this classes will have a higher skill level training, conditioning and flexibility than the recreational classes. This training allows each gymnast to improve faster, focussing on executing the correct gymnastics techniques. Apparatus: Rope, Ball, Hoop, Ribbons, Clubs, Free Floor.

Performing Dance

At Performing dance students will learn the correct technique for each dance style, along the term. We offer dance classes for children and adults for all levels. Styles: Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Acro, Modern, Lyrical.

Fitness Gym

Do you get bored at regular fitness classes? We tailor the classes to your own needs and goals. Keep fit training general flexibility, conditioning and balance while trying some gymnastics and dance skills.

Adults Gymnastics

Our Adult classes for over 18y.o from all levels and fitness conditioning. All classes are leading by a qualified coach who will teach you basic skills and shapes to achieve your goals. We have a set up training but each adult can discuss their personal goals with the coach.

Senior -Age- Gymnastics

Our Adult classes for over 50y.o are planned to exercise and have fun while trying new skills.

Baby & Minis Gym

We offer supervised gymnastics and dance classes for children from 6 month old to 5y.o.

Children until 35 months old must attend with their parents or guardians. We offer drop off classes from 3y.o.

OPEN MORNINGS

Open Mornings

Our Mornings Open Gym welcome one adult per child to attend during our Open mornings days and times. You can use the gymnastics apparatus for toddlers. We have a coach on site to guide parents on each apparatus technique.

Birthday Parties

Celebrate your special day in style, at our Centre. Parties can be Gymnastics or Dance classes, available on Sundays. Advanced booking is required.

TRAINING CAMPS

Holidays Training Camps

Our Holiday Camps offer extra training for children on school holidays. We have 3 different groups divided by age. Each session will training on Artistic, Rhythmic and Freestyle Gymnastics, have different extra games and activities each day, to permit each child to have a great time and have fun while exercising.
