Holiday Training Camps
Our holiday camps are an exclusive gymnastics mid-intensive* training camp designed to provide a fun environment while improving gymnastics and dance skills and/or discovering gymnastics and dance if your child has never done these before. Why mid-intensive* training?: because we offer three levels of training from beginners and intermediate to advanced level.
We also offer training Clinics (specific skills), School half term camps, Holiday camps (Easter-Summer-Christmas) and Add on classes during each term.
What to expect at our Training Camps
Each session of the weekly Gymnastics Training Camp (Morning and Full day sessions) will have the following activities and disciplines:
> Artistic Gymnastics:
* Bars, Balance Beams, Vault & Trampette.
* Floor Air mats and foam equipment
* Harness and Pit landing Area (for aerials and vault skills)
> Rhythmic Gymnastics:
* Ribbons, Hoops, Ball, Ropes, Clubs.
> Performing Dance:
* Contemporary, Jazz and Acro-dance skills.
* Choreographies, Routines and improvisation skills.
> Games: Children will have fun with games related to gymnastics skills using our apparatus while improving their core, strength and flexibility.
> Clinics: After lunch gymnasts will have exclusive clinics -every day- to improve or learn higher skills level. The daily clinics will be planned after the camp enrolment is close to benefit the children attending each day from Dance, Artistic and Rhythmic Gymnastics. (Ex of clinics: Flic-flac and Handsprings, Back-Front Walkover, Aerials and Somersaults).
> Outdoor picnic! Subject to weather conditions. we will have the snack time outdoors -behind
our building- in the Merton Abbey Mills greens.
> Lunch: Is included in the full day camps. Children will enjoy a hot meal lunch at the Local restaurants.
> What to bring at our camps: Children need to bring a water bottle, snack, their own leotard or uniform and our Club's T-shirt (included in the fees) to wear during the snacks and lunch time.
Clinics
Our Clinics are specialised planned to beneficial our students
development given them the opportunity to attend intense trainings.
> Dance Clinics: Contemporary, Jazz, Acro-dance, Modern.
> Artistic Gymnastics/Parkour: Aerials, Back Flips (flic-flac),
Handsprings, Front & Back Walkovers, Kip on & Giants on Bars
> Rhythmic Gymnastics: Apparatus Throws and Difficulties.

£33 per day for members
£35 p/day for Non-Members

Really nice place for ypur kid to develop skills in gymnastics and is amazing that they have both Rhythmic and Artistic gymnastics
